Wednesday Word: Loving Money

Hey, so, as most of you know, I wrote a book. This is one of the chapters from my book. At the end, you have the option of watching the episode from the video series covering the book. This will be the Wednesday Word for the day.

When we look at money, we think that it’s the only way to function in this world. And yes, we need money to pay for the bills, food, a place to live in and other things. Because of the importance of money, we can end up looking at money as our life line. We start to idolize money. We start thinking money can buy peace and happiness and ultimate success.

That’s just not true.

One of the famous miss-quotes of the Bible is “Money is the root of all evil” Before I explain what the actual saying is; let’s go over how this is wrong. Dante’s Opinion: If you could be one person in the bible who would you want to be and why?

First question is a cool one from heyo:

If you could be one person in the bible who would you want to be and why? I would chose either Isaiah because of Isaiah 6 or Philip so I could have seen Jesus and not had to bear the weight of the whole church on my back like Peter or Paul!

Oh boy. Well, I guess it would’ve been cool to be Daniel or one of his three friends. They stood up for God even in the face of death. I always wanted to have the balls to face a fiery furnace or a lion’s den.

Daily Good News 7

Viewing has really died down from the high levels last week. A little disappointing for me. Still, I have to keep pressing on, right? We’ll get back there.

I’m going to continue the DGN experiment until Sunday, the Daily Good Stuff will return.

Daily Good News 6

As I said, November is the month of change. In this month, I’m experimenting with things. Not drugs. Not anymore. No, I’m working on this blog. I’m going to skip Daily Good Stuff for a few days and give Daily Good News the keys as the only morning post. I wanna see how the blog performs like this. I don’t know how long this will last but, DGS will return at some point.

And so, let’s get through today’s good news and such.
