Man, it’s the day before Christmas. I guess you have some last minute shopping to do so let me get this post done so you can get out there.
Okay, now this round of good news warms my heart. An 11 year old uses his birthday to honor his late sister by feeding the homeless, which is something she was all about.
At times, when you’re blogging and trying to figure out what’s going on and what works are doesn’t, you’ll stumble upon a few…not so good ideas. This list is four features that, I tried, but never got it up and running for one reason or another.
How Was Your Week?
Back when I made the mistake of trying to make this blog a comment driven blog, I had “How Was Your Week?” where I asked how your week went. The viewing was so bad for the four posts I did, not to mentioned no one responded, made this a failure in my eyes. Plus, I tried to talk about my week and that brings me back my growing belief that people don’t care to read about my life story. Would I ever bring it back? Hahahaha

As soon as I announced that I would do this, I ended up reviving my sports blog. And so, this sports feature moved there. That’s pretty much why I stopped doing it here.
And here we go with the second update on the new look.
First, for Daily Good Stuff. I have added two ne features: Interesting Fact of the Day. And, Today’s Holiday. I’m still working on a third feature.
Next is a new weekly feature that almost because the third new DGS feature. Wednesday Word is where I find a short sermon vis video and post it here. And then, I add my own commentary. It should be fun. And, again, that will be on Wednesday.
DGS is still out for the week as I seek out that new feature. I also won’t start the Wednesday word until next week. In the meantime, I still have tweaks to deal with; mostly behind the scenes stuff.
