There are a couple of retired folks who are driving around in a van, giving out food and other things for free. They pay out of pocket, although they do get donations to keep on trucking…or vanning?

One of the things the woman was talking about was how we are basically in a society where getting something with no strings attached is so unusual that there is “skepticism” in the whole thing. Isn’t that a shame? We don’t give enough. We don’t share enough. So, when someone does it, it’s very odd.

Is that where we want to live? It’s weird…uncomfotable…awkward…unbelievable…to show kindness. Sorry, that’s not the place for me. Let’s do something about it.
