Follow DALANEL On Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and More!

I give many ways to follow my blog, DALANEL. I am on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and just recently, Tumblr. The reason why I joined Tumblr was basically the sharing option for WordPress. So I figured, why not?

In the next few days, I’ll be making some tweaks to my pages because of some updating that I need to do. If I combine my following from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Tumblr(but it’s at zero), and direct subscribers of the blog, it comes to  542. Not bad at all. There are probably some copies in there but I’ll take it!

Daily Good Stuff 22: Twitter Style

Today is themed with Twitter stuff. Let’s start off with a story that is way too similar to mine. In a recent story from The Onion has a man with 10,000 tweets but only 15 followers. If you’re not familiar with Twitter, having 10k tweets means you’ve been tweeting for a while obviously.

Good Friday: Good News Around the Web 2

This week we have a good cop, and a superstar athlete making a visit to a kid. Let’s get to it first with our cop.

Hulk Derrick Hogan is a police officer who helped an 86 year old woman in a great way. First, the police station sent him to her house as she wasn’t able to drive. Relatives who usually helped her had passed, including her son. So, Hogan goes in and it turns out that the lady needed a way to get food from the local church.

Dogan decides that maybe the church wouldn’t help. So, he went to the grocery store himself and bought the little old lady food…with his own money. She gave him a list but he bought more than what was on the list. He bought her some tasty ham as well as decorations for her house.
