DALANEL Continues to Fight for Good
DALANEL has always been a weapon of mine to counter the negativity of the world. I try to bring a positive spin to the world.

Each post provides a unique spin on things. I create Monday Motivations on my own. Testimonies, Thoughts, and Fearless are outsourced. Wednesday Word is a combination of the two.
I’ve spent years molding this blog and its features to carry this vision. I will continue to. The idea that I’m making an impact is a good one. 1,600 people can’t be wrong, right? That’s how many people follow this blog. Google+, Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, WordPress, Email, and LinkedIn. Many people, many backgrounds. But, they can appreciate what is going on here.
I’m hardly the only site with the same purpose in mind. However, I’m pretty sure I’m the only guy doing it the way I am.
I recently read a story of a girl, with the help of her little sister, who killed their older brother. He locked her in a closet. Apparently, this is what the parents did to punish her. The parents had left, and big brother was in charge. His sister…I GUESS, needed to be disciplined and big bro did what he saw his parents do. Lock her up.
Wednesday Word: Stay Focused on God
This video was one of the funniest I’ve watched. Let’s take a look.
His lovely wife though. Look, let me go over my commentary and I’ll end with her.
As our friend was saying, there are a lot of things that can distract us from God. God says no other gods before Him. We can get caught up in other idols like money, people, things…ourselves. Deep. Don’t let yourself say “aw, it’s not as far to say idolism”. That’s what the enemy wants you to believe. His goal is to make sure sin seems like no big deal so that we continue it.
Getting in God’s word will help us focus on Him much better. Daily meditation on Him can only help. Give Him time of day as we give other things time of day that we probably shouldn’t.
Alright…so as the video was going on, I couldn’t help but notice that the wife spent time looking as if she was dozing off. So, it didn’t surprise me when she suddenly disappeared from the video. Look, I’m not saying she quit on the video to take a nap. But…just watch it again. Look at her when her head is down. Meditation? Um…y’all let me know though!
I had a good laugh.

The best of Wednesday Word
Here are a few of my favorite Wednesday Word posts. The first Wednesday Word post appeared on DALANEL November 13th 2013. Yup, it’s almost a year since I started this series.
This one was from a pastor, who ended up dying shortly after giving this word.
I’ve always had a tendency of playing the Jonah card with being the leader of the lighting crew at my church. But, I, and the rest of us, can’t do that.
This is the only word so far that I did the video myself. Check it out as I talk about how you will be healed.
A couple of Wednesday Words later, and my sister takes the baton. She preached during Sunday service on a fruit of the Spirit. Goodness.
