Daily Good Stuff 3
I got some news for ya. As an NBA blogger, I was all over this. Chris Wright has signed with the Dallas Mavericks. It’s a 10-day contract (for those not involved with the NBA, these are common). Oh and he has multiple sclerosis, which is a disease that attacks the Central Nervous System and, at worst, can cause complete or partial paralysis.
And yet here he is. He’s been spending his time playing in the NBA Development League and was called up by the Mavericks. We don’t know how long he will be able to play until when/if the disease takes its toll. But, he’s taking medication to keep it off for now. Good for Chris.
So what about a video of…well people getting hurt? Because that’s where all the money is.
Daily Good Stuff 2
It’s another day! Get ready to have a good time. Let’s start off with a video of some great elevator pranks:
Let’s move on to a joke:
The New Challenge: Daily Good Stuff
I know you love the Weekly Funnies. Welp, I have decided to take it a step further. Now, I’ll be doing daily funnies. So, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, AND Saturday morning just got a lot funnier. BUT WAIT! There’s more. Good Friday will merge with the funnies and so you’ll get a daily dose of funny and good stuff. Doesn’t that sound…good?
So let’s get it started! Maybe with a joke…
A professor was giving a big test one day to his students. He handed out all of the tests and went back to his desk to wait. Once the test was over, the students all handed the tests back in. The professor noticed that one of the students had attached a $100 bill to his test with a note saying “A dollar per point.” The next class the professor handed the tests back out. This student got back his test and $56 change.
As a college student, I feel like I should try this at some point…Welp, here’s an image:
Weekly Funnies 10
Another week of laughs for ya! We’ve got an old couple, stand up comedy, and a boy decides to call the cops on his mom. First, we’ll start off with an image. This is a special image as our very own Dallas has been under the weather for the past few days. Help me wish her well!:
Hopefully she won’t kill me! And what about a medical joke…
Weekly Funnies 9
We’re back! Well, I’m back. All of last week I was under the weather PLUS my computer pretty much stopped working. It was hell. Hm? Oh you don’t care; you just want some laughs. Fair enough. Well let’s start things off with a joke, shall we?
Tom was so excited about his promotion to Vice President of the company he worked for and kept bragging about it to his wife for weeks on end.
Finally she couldn’t take it any longer, and told him, “Listen, it means nothing, they even have a vice president of peas at the grocery store!”.
“Really?” he said. Not sure if this was true or not, Tom decided to call the grocery store.
A clerk answers and Tom says “Can I please talk to the Vice President of peas?”
The clerk replies “Canned or frozen?”
Good times. I don’t think that was a problem when I worked at Target.
